I have had joint pain and swelling for 3 years now have mouth and nose sores, very forgetful, red eye, very tiered, nausea and looking like i have conjuntivitus.I have just had a blood test which came back with raised ana doc is sending me to connective tissue clinic.I have laways suffered with itchy legs when i had hyperthyroidism i had that removed 4 years ago and now my legs are even worse im itching non stop just above the knees as well as the bottom of legs is this a sign of lupus?

A relative of mine was diagnosed with Lupus several years ago.

My brother is 27 and has been diagnosed with Lupus Nephritis it is very aggressive and he has already been treated with chemo and currently on cytoxin however his kidneys are deteriorating and most dtrs & hospitals in my area do not know how to effectively treat him? We live in PA where would be the best place to bring him for expert help?
