I'm 23 and 3 years ago I was diagnosed with Lupus. Since my diagnosis I have been seeing a rheumatalogist and in these 3 years my lab work has come back stable and the Dr is not wanting me on any meds. I have a few concerns though and I think its time to get a new dr.Ive had a few flares which he treated with prednisone, also have had pleuirsy 3 times, iritis ( inflammation of they eyes) chest pains and just this recent winter my arthritis has gotten so bad I can barely bend my arms, open a bottle of water or lift a cup of coffe; just to name a few examples. Is it possible that my arthritis can be so bad but my results come back stable? Should my dr be putting me on some type of anti inflammatory medication? Any suggestions would be great. My mother worries so much about me because she as well has lupus but has been in remission for 10 years. However, her sister had it when she was my age and past away from kidney failure.
Thanks,
Jena
I'm not sure if that's normal.....I know someone however, who had lupus for 10 years and is now symptom free. The only thing she changed is, she started taking healthy chocolate 3 times a day. Check out the following website and read the testimonies: www.MyDrChocolate.com also
