My aunt had Lupus. I took the doctors a long time to finally diagnosis with Lupus. I'm in the medical field and it sounds like you do have Lupus from reading your symptoms. Maybe you should try another doctor.

At 22 wks weeks my husband and I went in for a regular prenatal exam and I was told my Ob/gyn that I needed to go and have emergency surgery to have a cerclae put in to keep my little second child from being delivered early. So of course I had the surgery just to better my baby's chance of survival. I still delivered at 35wks 5days but my baby was born healthy (5lbs 8oz). I was told after delivery that there was scarrig done to my cervix from the cerclage. My dr. didn't have time to remove the cerclage before my water broke so he burst through my cerclage. At my pap smear, my regular Ob dr. said that I had a hole in my cervix that is almost beyond repair so having another baby would be very high risk. I found out at an appt yesterday that I maybe pregnant. Should I fear the worse or be as happy as I want to be?
