The reason the rx statement says this is the prednisone can suppress the reaction to the skin test. There really isn't an interaction between the two compounds. If you were really concerned someone may have TB then you may want to wait until they are off the prednisone or use another method detect the TB. So your daughter should have no problems with the test. It certainly isn't going to hurt her.
If she was doing the test if she was having active symptoms of TB then I would certainly want a chest x-ray to see if it has evidence of TB. You can certainly go ahead and take the test so she can get started with the classes. We don't have any reason to believe she has TB so I would not be concerned.
